Kept getting driver error in the Settings/Devices/Bluetooth screen. I opened the device manager and saw three bluetooth devices: Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator, and Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter. Tried update driver on all 3, and it updated the driver for Realtek Bluetooth Adapter, but that didn't really make a difference. Tried disabling and re-enabling that several times, but no difference. Checked that the properties on Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator, and it said 'Location: on Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter' which sounded promising. In settings under bluetooth, each time I tried to pair my fitbit Charge, is failed with Driver Error. However my iphone was pairing fine with the windows desktop which was strange as it proved the bluetooth was working. The Fitbit was pairing fine with the iphone too, the problem was just with pairing the fitbit with the desktop. The problem was resolved by re-downloading the bluetooth drivers from the Lenovo site. Hope this helps someone. I agree with this solution. The only difference for me was that I needed to disable my 'generic bluetooth adapter' and then uninstall the 'enumerator' (if you plug in and remove the dongle you'll see that the 'enumerator' appears and disapears in the device list. Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator 64 BitThis is because it is the dongle.). Uninstalling the 'enumerator' will have no effect and it will automatically reinstall if the dongle is pulled out and then stuck back into the USB slot). With my 'generic bluetooth adapter' still disabled and the 'enumerator' uninstalled (it disappears from the device list), I then pulled the dongle out of the USB slot, waited a couple of seconds and then reinserted it. After the dongle reinstalled itself (10s), it then happily found the fitbit. Remember to enable the 'generic bluetooth adapter' again after finishing if you want your normal PC bluetooth adapter to connect to anything once the dongle is removed. I think maybe I got it figured out.
